We fuse Estonian modernity with Japanese tradition. Our local farmers work side by side with an experienced Japanese caviar processing master. Together, embracing the ‘Kaizen’ tradition of constantly perfecting their craft, so that we can bring you the best caviar our country has to offer.
Conscious of our environmental footprint
Everything we do is designed to be ethical and sustainable. Our indoor farm is equipped with the most modern farming, monitoring and energy efficiency techniques. And we use the Recirculated Aquaculture System (RAS) to protect and enhance the quality of our caviar, from spawn to roe whilst minimising water usage.
