How it all began
It had long been a dream of ours to create our own caviar brand and after many years of waiting, the dream finally became a reality when we found the perfect aquaculture farm, deep in the countryside of Parnu. Together with our team of passionate, dedicated and expert local farmers along with a Japanese caviar master, we set out to create a new, luxury modern brand. The result was NÖVA Caviar, an elegantly superior blend of texture, aroma and taste, lovingly crafted by caviar lovers, for caviar lovers.
Purposefully sustainable
Having had the privilege of growing up in a country known for its enchanting forests, lakes, and ancient bogs, as well as the purity of its air and water, we know all about the importance of protecting our natural environment. It is, after all, the only one we have. That’s why at NÖVA, the way we produce our caviar is just as important as how it tastes. To minimise our environmental footprint, we practise low impact conscious farming which helps us to reduce energy and water consumption, but perhaps more importantly, to protect the majestic Sturgeon, on our farm, and in the wild.
